We are a Glasgow-based managed service provider delivering IT support, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and related technology services to small and medium-sized organisations.

We use our cloud-based platform to remotely monitor and manage your IT equipment 24/7, ensuring that it is patched, updated, secured and maintained to maximise system availability, security, and productivity.

Although we’re based in Glasgow, we remotely manage IT installations for clients throughout the UK and internationally.

We provide remote management, monitoring, and support for internet-connected systems and devices.

We also provide website, software, and application development services.

Depending on the services provided, Hiper Limited may act either as a data controller, where we determine the purposes and means of processing personal data, or as a data processor, where we process personal data on behalf of our clients and in accordance with their documented instructions.
